Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to one of The Orange Workroom’s marketing workshops. We look forward to your participation in the event. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your attendance.

Refund Schedule

• 4 weeks or more before the workshop: 100% refund of the ticket price.
• 3 weeks before the workshop: 75% refund of the ticket price.
• 2 weeks before the workshop: 50% refund of the ticket price.
• 1 week before the workshop: 25% refund of the ticket price.
• Less than 1 week before the workshop: No refund will be issued.

Ticket Carry-Over

• If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason, you have the option to carry over your ticket to another future workshop, but this is allowed only once. Please note that carrying over your ticket is subject to availability for the chosen future workshop.

Cancellation Process

• To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@theorangeworkroom.com and include your order details and the reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Workshop Changes

• In the rare event that The Orange Workroom needs to cancel or reschedule the workshop, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to carry over their ticket to the rescheduled date.

Non-Transferable Tickets

• Workshop tickets are non-transferable. If you cannot attend the workshop and have already carried over your ticket once, the ticket cannot be transferred to another individual or a different workshop.

Deadline for Refund Requests

• All refund requests must be made before the workshop’s start date. Once the workshop has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
